This Vinyasa Flow Sequence is the latest video I wanted to share (Aug 2013). It shows mind-bogglingly beautiful form from yoga teacher, Laura Dasi. I love this creative and graceful, yet seriously hard-core sequence!
I love this You Tube video from Kino MacGregor – a fantastic introduction to Ashtanga and it’s ‘HQ’ in Mysore:
Here’s a brilliant and free video from Peter Hurley, introducing the start of an Ashtanga practice and the standing poses. A really helpful practice tool.
And here’s the second part of Peter Hurley’s video, working through the seated postures and finishing sequence.
Oooh and I love this dude: David Garrigues! Here he’s teaching Bakasana – this is the one pose more than any other, which I wish I had time to break down in class, but could spend at least these 12 mins, if not much longer, helping you into it. There’s certainly a few tricks I’ve learnt from this vid too – enjoy!
David Garrigues again, this time working on jump throughs – this is my work for tomorrow … and possibly the next 10 years 🙂 happy jumping! x
Om Shanti xx
