It is my dream to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. If you can't make it to a class or would prefer a more individual attention, I offer the following options.
One To One
Personal one to one lessons are the perfect way to get more from your yoga practice. The style can be tailored specifically for your level and your goals. So whether you are, for example, looking to develop a deeper practice, recover from a specific injury or illness, or you are completely new to yoga, you will gain more than is possible in a larger group class.
Private Small Groups
Additionally, if you and a small group of your friends, family, team mates or colleagues have similar goals, levels etc, you may find it just as cost effective and much more convenient to arrange a personal small group class, which can also be specifically designed to suit you.In the past I have taught best friends; mother and daughters; partners; a large group on a family holiday; and a group of teachers straight after school, as they were too busy to get to a gym.
I am qualified in the whYoga For Pregnancy Technique™ and offer individual yoga sessions to help guide you to a healthier, happier and more comfortable pregnancy and birth!

Private yoga sessions can be arranged for a time and place convenient to you, either in your home or work place, or we can use one of two lovely studio spaces around Maidstone.
